Laserjamb was developed by Paul Akers. He owned a
custom cabinet shop and did custom closet installations. Paul developed
Laserjamb to speed up the installation process, as well as make it more
accurate and take full advantage of laser levels. He tried it out on a
few jobs and was convinced it was a great tool. Since its development
in 1998, thousands of contractors and cabinet installers worldwide agree
